Welcome to Eco-Gym
How much energy does it take to turn on a light bulb or boil a kettle? We all take electricity and other energy sources for granted so it's hard to understand just how much we use, and what it's really worth to us. Now there's a great way for everybody to visualise the energy we use with Eco-Gym - a new addition to the Bath and West Showground which enables visitors to power a range of everyday electrical applicances with nothing more than muscle power.
Eco-Gym is part of the ECO-Zone - a special area within the Bath and West showground dedicated to educating show visitors about sustainable and renewable energy sources, their benefits and the growing role they are playing within local communities.
